Shipping Information

At Kalakari, we take pride in our handwoven products, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we only have one of each kind available at any given time.

Shipping Details:

  • All orders are processed within [insert processing time, e.g., 3-5 business days].
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it has shipped, provided that no custom additions (like tassels or fall pico) have been requested.
  • Cancellations will result in store credit equivalent to your order value for future purchases. If you prefer a refund, please note that any processing charges will be deducted.
  • Only unstitched garments (like sarees, stoles, and dupattas) are eligible for cancellation. Orders for fabrics and pre-made garments cannot be canceled.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or if incorrect items are dispatched. Please note:

  • Minor color variations between the product displayed on our website and the actual item may occur due to lighting and fabric characteristics, and do not qualify for returns.
  • Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

To initiate a return:

For damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the packaging and your return request. We’ll respond within 5 working days. Once authorized, please return the item in its original packaging within 5 days to:

Refunds will be credited  within 7 working days. You can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method, though shipping charges may apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made if no custom additions have been requested. Please be aware:

  • You will be responsible for any customs duties for returned shipments and the exchanged items.
  • Our apparel is custom-made and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics cut from full yardage are also not eligible for exchange. Items that have been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be eligible for exchange.
